Standard Cancellations

Cancellation rules vary by airline and fare type. While we offer free cancellation options on select tickets, others may be non-refundable or subject to airline penalties. Your agent will explain the applicable rules before you purchase.

Refundable vs Non-Refundable Fares

• Refundable fares: May allow refunds subject to airline processing times and any disclosed fees.
• Non-refundable fares: Typically cannot be refunded, though residual value or future travel credit may be available depending on airline policy.
• Flexible / free-cancel options: Available only when clearly stated at the time of booking.

No Hidden Booking Fees

VistaFare does not charge undisclosed internal booking fees on many exclusive rates; however, the airline’s own change and cancellation fees still apply. Any VistaFare service fee will be disclosed before payment.

How to Request a Cancellation

2. Have your booking reference, passenger names, and travel dates ready.
3. Our agent will check airline eligibility and walk you through next steps.

Schedule Changes by Airlines

If an airline significantly changes or cancels your itinerary, you may be entitled to rebooking or a refund under that airline’s policy. Contact us promptly so we can help you review options.
